Newsletter Video Project
An introduction video where Alma Tawia, creative director at Prestige Kente Introduce and welcome her email subscriber to the official email newsletter she calls the Prestige Circle. Let me take you through my process of editing this video from start to Final render.
My Simple Process
Once I got all the files and details, I went through everything to make sure I clearly understood what the client wanted and how to bring it to life.
I started this project with color correction and grading, as the footage was shot in Sony Log, which requires adjustments to bring out proper contrast and color.
Next, I cut and edited the footage to clean up any mistakes and remove unnecessary scenes, keeping the story clear and smooth.
Then I replace the scenes where motion graphics are needed with After Effects compositions, creating animations that better support the narrative flow of the story.
After that, it was time for sound design! I added effects, ambient sounds, and audio tweaks to really bring the scenes to life and make everything feel more immersive.
Once everything is in place, I render the final output and share it with the client. Based on their feedback, I revise and refine the edit until it fully aligns with their expectations.
